• By using our services (websites, apps, dashboards, or training), you agree to follow these Terms.

Who Can Use Our Services

• You must be 18 or older to sign up.

• Under 18? You can only use our services with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, school, or employer.

• Organisations (like schools or charities) must make sure their staff and students follow the rules.

• You can’t use our services if it’s illegal in your country, or if we’ve banned you before.

How You Can (and Can’t) Use Pilot

• ✅ Use our services lawfully and for their intended purpose.

• ❌ Don’t hack, copy, or misuse our systems.

• ❌ Don’t upload harmful or illegal content.

• ❌ Don’t use our AI to create misleading or harmful material.

• ❌ Don’t try to build or sell competing services using our tools.

• AI outputs may not always be perfect – always double-check before relying on them.

Your Data and Privacy

• We take data protection seriously and follow UK GDPR and ICO rules.

• Sometimes we act as a Data Controller (when we decide how data is used), sometimes as a Data Processor (when we act on your organisation’s instructions).

• We only keep personal data for as long as necessary.

• You (or your organisation) own your data, but you give us permission to process it so we can provide the services.

Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees are agreed in advance or published on our website.

• Payment is usually due within 30 days of invoice.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time.

• Free trials and beta versions are provided “as is” and may be changed or withdrawn.

Availability & Support

• We aim to keep services running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime.

• Sometimes we need to carry out maintenance or updates.

• Support is available during normal UK business hours.

Intellectual Property

• We own the technology, software, designs, and models behind Pilot.

• You own the outputs our AI generates from your inputs – but only for your own internal use (not resale unless agreed).

• Feedback you give us may be used to improve our services.

Liability – What We Are (and Aren’t) Responsible For

• Our AI is a support tool, not a substitute for human judgment.

• We aren’t responsible for:

  • loss of profits or business opportunities

  • indirect or unforeseen damages

  • inaccuracies in AI outputs

• Our total liability is capped at what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending the Agreement

• Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice.

• We can suspend or terminate immediately if there’s a serious breach.

• When services end, you must stop using them and delete any materials.

Confidentiality

• We both agree to keep each other’s non-public information private.

• Exceptions apply if the information is already public, legally required to be disclosed, or independently developed.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by English law.

• Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.

• If you’re a consumer, you may also have rights in your own country.
